COMMISSIONS TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me for a project, you agree to the terms listed below.
Any work of any kind produced by Levi Ayal Kuskie (Artist) for the Client will henceforth be regarded as Audio.
I. CONDITIONS OF USE AND COPYRIGHT
Under no circumstances will the Client use the Audio for commercial purposes, unless agreed by both parties, and the Artist receives an agreed upon percentage of revenue that is made with the Audio, in permanence, unless otherwise agreed upon, signed in a Commercial Copyright License Agreement.
The Audio may be freely used in a public or private non-commercial manner or project by the Client, as long as credit is given to the Artist.
The Artist retains all Copyrights to the Audio.
II. ARTIST OBLIGATIONS
The Artist will “brief” with the Client, including a deadline, commission scope, and set a final price before beginning work on the commission.
The Artist will provide a sample of the Audio to the Client early in production to ensure the agreed upon scope is correctly realized by the Artist.
III. AUDIO ADDITIONS, EDITIONS, AND REVISIONS
If any changes to the Audio are requested by the Client beyond what was originally requested, an increase in price may result.
IV. PAYMENT AND COMMISSION PRICE
Payment is only accepted via Paypal in United States Dollar.
Payment must either be full upfront or 50% deposit before work commences.
The price of the commission is based on estimated work time and complexity, as well as seconds or minutes of Audio.
None of the work done by the Artist is refundable.
If the Client cancels the commission, any deposits made are not refundable.
V. AUDIO DELIVERY
Audio will be delivered to the Client as a . WAV file with standard bitrate and quality, unless otherwise requested. Please note no physical product will be shipped
